BEETHOVEN Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 61
With French National Radio Orchestra conducted by
Andre Cluytens
First STEREO Pressing
COLUMBIA SAX 2315
Blue/Silver Label
Cover : VG . Some wear mainly to bottom, some lamination lift and colour missing to opening side, rear of cover shows some browning to left hand side (please see photos )... I have attempted to honestly illustrate the areas of concern.
Vinyl: Stunning Near Mint
Great audio Plays beautifully as these early Stereo Pressings should with only minor crackle here and there in quiet passages mainly from static .
Please feel free to request more pictures or ask a question.
Thank you for looking .
On 28-Mar-18 at 22:39:25 BST, seller added the following information:I have played the LP entirely and it is free of any jumps or major clicks,
There is a certain amount of crackle here and there as you would expect from an early Pressing such as this and is mainly due to static which I have been battling with forever, also I track with a relatively light pick-up !
There is no more interference on this record than any other album I own or have owned and as you may know , this is a recording with many quiet passages and having said that , it certainly has not affected my own listening pleasure.
As with all the records I sell on, I always recommend that the buyer invest in a professional clean as it makes a world of difference.
I hope this information is helpful and encouraging.
Good luck with bidding!.. Alan
