As near to mint as is possible.
There is a hint of crackle at the start of each side but I would strongly suggest that this is simply static and a clean would almost certainly clear this up.
If the eventual purchaser is from outside the UK the record must be sent International Signed For or Airsure but please rest assured it will be posted 'at cost' and I will make no money on the postage.
