This project is a daring, full-length Crime/Horror concept album. 12 Reasons' Executive Producer and Ghostface's longtime Wu-Tang Clan collaborator The RZA, refers to the album as "groundbreaking" in the hip-hop genre.
 Ghostface Killah's prominence in hip hop has grown steadily over his 20-plus year career - including recent high-profile appearances on Kanye West's Cruel Summer, RZA's The Man With the Iron Fists soundtrack and the new Wu-Block album - 12 Reasons catches the gifted MC at the height of his lyrical prowess.
Composer/producer/instrumentalist Adrian Younge represents the next generation of music producers. His aim is an organic re-appropriation of hip-hop circa the mid-'90s. His previous releases, the Black Dynamite soundtrack album (2009) and Something About April (2011), touched on psychedelia, blaxploitation, and the cinematic soul of the 1970s. 12 Reasons is Adrian's first project in which he's immersed himself in the world of hip-hop. By now the world - especially the global subset hanging on every Ghostface and Wu-Tang-related word - is well-aware of Ghostface & Adrian Younge's 12 Reasons To Die. The album's subtitle says it all: "A brutal tale of gangsters, betrayal and one vengeful soul hunting the 12 most powerful crime lords in the world."
The 12 Delucas version offers the ultimate way to immerse themselves in this amazing new concept album - sure to be one of the musical highlights of 2013 - with packaging inspired by and developed alongside the accompanying 12 Reasons To Die album and comic book (written by Matthew Rosenberg and Patrick Kindlon and illustrated by Ronald Wimberly).
