Single is in very good to excellent condition with some slight marks but nothing that seems to effect play. Shipped with new generic sleeves. 
Note, I personally always hesitate to use the near mint grade. As there are sometimes multiple releases with differing matrix numbers, etchings, etc if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
