LP and embossed gatefold cover are both in very good to excellent condition. The cover does have a colored stickers on base of spine and some age color (see photo).
Note, I personally always hesitate to use the near mint grade. As there are sometimes multiple releases with differing matrix numbers, etchings, etc if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
