Reissued by Capitol in the noughties as it did not sell all that well in the states in '95. It fared much better in the UK, but due to their subsequent success and the fact that vinyl was very much on the wane by this time original UK pressings go for a lot of $$$. This US reissue is stamped 'mastered by Capitol'. At 180grams it's a bit of a brute! The vinyl comes housed in a standard sleeve cover. Please note the original inner sleeve is NOT present.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In very nice condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. It's good to hear this 90's classic on vinyl... really not sure how it sounded on CD..probably pretty crap! By and large a very nice and clean player. Interference is both minor and infrequent. Do expect a few crackles in a couple of spots per side. Nothing vaguely invasive or persistent.
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has clearly been looked after. Lovely clean front and back without any surface wear like you often find. Edge wear is pretty much non-existent. The spine is mostly intact and with text legible - just a couple of stress creases. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
