45 RPM - DECCA - 9-30677 - Nel Blu Dipinto Di Blu (Volare) and Mariti In Citta - Includes original sleeve and metal record insert adapter from Webster Chicago Corporation.
I am not an expert on grading records. Please ask any questions you may have. The record appears to be in very good condition. The sleeve is in very good condition with two small tears and you can see the imprint of the record.
