Rest assured we know how to grade correctly.  Any condition issues will be dealt with in a prompt and fair manner to assure customer satisfaction with each transaction. 
 EVERY RECORD IS FIRST MACHINE CLEANED AND PLAYED IN IT'S ENTIRETY TO INSURE ITS QUALITY.

ALL RECORDS ARE THEN REMOVED FROM THE COVERS AND PUT IN A HEAVY DUTY PLASTIC BAGS. 

RECORDS ARE THEN PACKED IN A HEAVY DUTY RECORD SHIPPING BOXES WITH CARDBOARD INSERTS.
