An original 2nd issue of THE WALL on the USA Columbia label. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold sleeve. Also included are both original inner sleeves and the white paper 'WALL' hype sticker for the front. All of the above is consistent with a 2nd issue copy, rather than 1st. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In great condition and have only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection expect a a couple of light marks per side, and a superficial trail - nothing heavy or likely to cause significant issue. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. By and large a very nice clean player across four sides of vinyl. Interference is both minor and infrequent. All I could detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. Midway through side 3 I did detect a couple of clicks - relatively minor and over in a flash. All in all a splendid rendition.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) A real beauty..THE WALL always looks superb on a well preserved white copy. Front and back are very clean and exhibit nothing more than super-light handling - very impressive. It's the same story inside - nothing really to find fault with. Edge wear is very light and the openings still sharp. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing in places. One has a one inch side split. The other has two 2 inch splits.
Sticker (Ex-) Tiny edge crease, but seems to exhibit little ageing.
