All my items are sold "as is". After all there is no way of knowing how it will be treated or how long it will continue to function properly. It could be years, it could be days, either way it's being sold with no guarantee or warranty of any kind. In the case of a new item it is possible it's covered by a manufacturer's warranty which would be taken care of through the manufacturer and NOT through myself or ebay.

This item has been used yet it's still in OK shape. It could be considered better or worse than OK it all depends on your personal opinion. It's not perfect by any means but it's not loaded with scratches like is common with these. It has been tested and it sounded pretty nice to me and didn't skip or hang up on my table. Examine the pictures closely and buy it ONLY if you like what you see and are willing to accept it AS IS !

Unless other arrangements are made in advance this item will be delivered for free uninsured using whatever method I choose to the Continental U.S. and shipping times will vary. There is no guarantee as to when it might arrive and there is no guarantee that an uninsured package will arrive safely. If you choose to go with the free option and not have it insured you are doing so at your own risk. The loss will be yours, not mine and you will NOT initiate a return through ebay as a way to make up for a chance that YOU were willing to take. It's totally up to you and if there are consequences you and you alone will deal with them. The larger percentage of packages are delivered with no problems at all but there's always the chance that something will go wrong. Personally I'd go with the insurance but hey, that's me, I'm not the potential buyer, you are and it is YOUR decision so by all means, choose wisely.

All packages that go via Priority Mail will be insured. In that instance you will be covered by default and if a claim becomes necessary it will be up to you to handle it. It is a very simple procedure that can easily be done at the USPS website. Obviously damage or loss is grounds for an insurance claim and NOT grounds for a return therefore you are agreeing that you WILL NOT initiate a return through ebay due to damage or loss (or for any other reason for that matter) but rather you will take care of the insurance claim yourself as I have stated here and as you will agree to the instant you complete this sale. If you do not agree with this DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

Sometimes I find that Fedex is the least costly carrier and your package might go through them. This is generally only for large bulky packages. They have almost the same procedures as the post office does therefore the same terms as mentioned above apply.
All shipments will have tracking available here on the e-bay site in your purchased items page. If you feel the need to check a package's status further feel free to visit the shipper's site or call them directly. Since they are ones who are shipping it they are obviously the ones who can best give you an idea as to the whereabouts of a package. Once a package leaves my store is it quite literally out of my hands and beyond my control. In most cases USPS will be the shipper however some packages might go Fedex. Refer to your "my ebay" section to see which one it was.
