Outer sleeve: Almost pristine, always kept in clear plastic sleeve Inner sleeve: n/a
Record: Side A: visually looks excellent, quite shiny. Couple very fine surface scratches. Didn't noticed pops/cracks/noise  Side B: visually looks excellent, quite shiny. Couple very fine surface scratches and one more noticeable. Didn't noticed pops/cracks/noise Centre label: Spindle area excellent. No uv markings (other I've listed have these)
Tested on my 20yr old newly serviced Rega Planar 2
This single is from my personal collection. Always stored upright, out of sunlight and cleaned before each play through. I have had a full play test of the single, there is no skipping at all and overall the sound is absolutely superb. Didn't notice any noise or pops at all. There is a slightly heavier scratch on side B, although noticeable it most certainly didn't affect listening... if It didn't have this it would be a near mint. The sound was really crisp and clear. Before now I hadn't played it for some some years. 
Turn it right up!!!
