Delivery Details

All UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail. We offer a choice of two Royal Mail services, a free 'Economy' service and a 'Standard' premium service. The free 'Economy' service, is a 2nd class service with a delivery time of usually between 3-5 working days and where possible parcels will be tracked. The standard 'Premium' service is a 1st class service with a delivery time of 1-2 working days. This will be a tracked service where possible. You can select which service you would like your order sent by when going through the order process. Where tracking numbers are available, these will be uploaded to your order summary page when the order has been despatched.

All non-UK orders are despatched via P2P Mailing and are sent Priority Airmail. For transit times on international orders please refer to the estimates provided when selecting your desired country. A tracked service is offered for all countries, and where available, an additional untracked option.

If you place your order before 1pm it will be despatched the same day (Monday – Friday). You will receive email confirmation when your order has been despatched.
