Cover is VG+

Visually vinyl on Side A is VG++ with a few minor scuff marks.

Side 2 has several light scuff marks and several very fine hairline scratches seen under a bright light ( nothing serious )

I believe this is the 2nd issue from 1974 in conjunction with Canada

Buyer pays $8 shipping t the US or $18 overseas.
