Initial pressings from 1968 came with a strange fragile gatefold cover variation: The outside was made of laminated cardboard, the inside was made of printed paper pasted on the cardboard - Polydor did not have much experience with Double LPs, most copies arrived damaged in the shops and are quite rare in mint condition. These covers were replaced in 1970 by the more common and stable 2612 002 covers still housing the unsold 184 183/84 records.
By this way, the track listing on the inside of the gatefold cover is reversed from the label's track list.
