The foam protective insert was old & yellow so we have replaced it with a new/fresh foam protector as shown in photo. We aren't pros with grading records, so for the purpose of listing on eBay our records will be listed as GOOD condition, although most times they will be better than good. Where applicable, we will mention any significant issues we find with covers/records so please be sure to read entire description. Please take a look at the multiple photos we provide for best portrayal of condition, and we will also accommodate requests for additional photos. We recently purchased an old 1884 Farmhouse that had a large barn and a large amount of the interior estate contents were left behind for us as part of the purchase.
