An original 1st pressing  of JWH on the UK CBS label. Matrix A3/B1. Label design is consistent with very 1st pressing in 1969. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue heavy-card mono cover with pinched spine. Also included is the original CBS advertising inner sleeve from the time.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In beautiful condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a coupe of very minor marks per side - absolutely nothing troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Worth insisting on the mono pressing it seems to the best job of delivering a definitive rendition of JWH. It plays real nice and clean too which is not always an easy ask. Expect nothing more than a few light crackles in a couple of isolated moments on side 2 [e.g. Landlord]. And the one deviation is a solitary click in the opening seconds of 'Immigrant'. Overall - It's a great rendition, for sure, and most certainly a keeper.
Cover (Ex) A lovely example of the true 1st issue. Lovely shiny front cover with exhibits just a couple of minuscule creases at the spine. Worth mentioning the excellent rigidity of this cover... the 1st issues were made from decent quality card. The rear often suffers ageing, but this example seems to have escaped most of this. Edge wear is extremely limited and the openings are still sharp. The spine is pretty much entirely intact with all text legible. Just a couple of minor stress creases observable. Overall the cover lays perfectly flat and retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) Lightest ageing. No splits or markings.
