An original 1st press of "Harvest" on the UK Reprise label. Matrix A4/B2. Note how the labels have the perimeter text predominantly in the southern sector and there's no Warners logo apparent - all required for 1st issue. But only the very earliest omit "made in the UK" - as this copy does. Worth insisting on the earliest you can find as they were pressed much heavier than copies just a few months later. The vinyl comes housed in an original textured cover. Also included is a generic white inner from the time. There's also the lyric sheet.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In lovely condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a NEAR EXCELLENT level on Side 1 & marginally better at "EXCELLENT" on side 2.  Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. By and large a nice clean player - I'd imagine side 1 has just seen a tad more use than side 2. What I'm picking up here and there on side 1 is a touch of what I would call 'low level-presence'. It's quite low down in the mix and will probably be fine for most folks. For someone who really needs to be close on Ex for the entire LP - try the other copy we have available at the moment. So, in summary a very fine player...particularly on side 2. Remember that side 1 won't play quite as clean - but still very respectable.
Cover (Vg+) This cover is notorious for ageing...it is very very difficult to find unaged. But this copy has escaped the worst of it... it's mostly observable around the edges [looks better than many examples]. The interior looks great - with no issues at all. Edge wear is relatively light and the openings are still sharpish. The text on the spine is still legible, but has seen a touch more ageing than else where [typical]. The cover still retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) No splits. A bit aged in places.
Lyric sheet. (Ex-) Light ageing, but clean to the touch.
