An original 1st press of SG on the Rolling Stone label. Matrix 3U/3U. The vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue uncensored cover. The story goes that when some of the celebrities, or their estates, got wind of this cover they demanded a redaction of some well known faces. The most notable probably being MM's estate - her image is clearly visible, here, but you won't see it on later copies. Also included is the original inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb condition and has only seen very light use. I can make out a couple of superficial marks both sides - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback without reservation. Intros and inbetweens are really nice and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Difficult to find fault... Expect nothing more than a couple of isolated crackles in a couple of spots per side. It's a lovely clean player all the way through which does a great job of delivering this title in top form. FINAL UPGRADE
Cover (Ex) In lovely condition with those die-cut openings in great unworn condition. The rear looks great too and has avoided most of the ageing that often afflicts these original covers. Edge wear is pretty limited and the openings are still sharp. The spine looks great with all text fully legible [unusual]. The only thing I can vaguely find fault with is a small bump to the bottom left corner [no big deal]. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) No faults. No splits. Really nice.
