Condition of Labels: The Labels are both in lovely clean condition.

Condition of Sleeve: The Gatefold Sleeve is in Very Good + Condition. The Spine has clear legible text. The Picture Inner is in Very Good + Condition. The Fan Club Insert has a crease to the one corner but is in nice clean condition otherwise (as seen in photos).
