An original 1st issue of T&TFC on the UK Island label. Matrix 3U/3U - very 1st cut. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover which is smooth and untextured. Note the earliest 1st pressing were housed in a textured cover printed by E J Day. We will ship in a poly-lined inner for maximum protection.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a few very light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. Intros and inbetweens are really nice and quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. And you're going to need that on this release. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with two deviations. 'Morning Has Broken' plays well with just a few crackles, as is often the case, in the odd moment. All I can pick out are 4-5 ticks during 'MHB' and a couple more midway through 'HCITY'. But precious little else.
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has clearly been looked after down the years. Very clean front and back..with just one tiny bottom right [on the front] - and a crease in the top right. The interior is immaculate - no issues at all. Edge wear is practically non-existent and the openings still sharp. The spine is 100% intact - difficult to find. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
