An original 1st of JT on the UK Island label. Matrix A1U/B2U. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. Also included is the original poster and the original black inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) In great shape and has seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. By and large a very sweet player, but it does not maintain the high standard at all points. Tracks 5 & 6 on side 2 exhibit a bit of background crackle. Not invasive - but do not expect them to play clean like the rest of the LP. There's a bit of momentary background in the intro to 'STREETS' - not uncommon and it soons peter out. Overall a very impressive player.
Cover (Ex) A very nicely preserved cover flat and clean without creasing. I managed to pick out a couple of foxing marks - that really is all. The interior looks great with no issues or ageing. Edge wear is practically non-existent and the openings are till sharp. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) Immaculate.
