V.Good condition, inserts and sleeve in nice shape., with cover has some wear as to be expected for age, primarily on the corners (see photos for best depiction of condition).

We aren't pros with grading records, so for the purpose of listing on eBay our records will be listed as GOOD condition, although most times they will be better than good. We're just trying to get rid of a HUGE Inventory of Records from an estate.  Where applicable, we will mention any significant issues we find with covers/records so please be sure to read entire description and carefully check out all photos provided.   We pack & ship carefully, (check-out our feedback with comments about our shipping efforts).  Your item will be shipped in a special LP Mailer.

We are a non-smoking home, however, this particular listing is for an item that is used/pre-owned and did previously come from a smoker's home. (Item was not in the general living area, but stored in the attic). So please keep this in mind if you have any allergies.
