V.Good condition, inserts and sleeve in nice shape., with cover has some wear as to be expected for age, primarily on the corners (see photos for best depiction of condition).

We aren't pros with grading records, so for the purpose of listing on eBay our records will be listed as GOOD condition, although most times they will be better than good. We are a non-smoking home, however, this particular listing is for an item that is used/pre-owned and did previously come from a smoker's home. (Item was not in the general living area, but stored in the attic). So please keep this in mind if you have any allergies.
