Elvis Presley Christmas original 1957 album.  RCA Victor LOC-1035.  
I am not a record dealer so I only can explain condition based on what I see.  Happy to send more photos or answer any questions you may have.   This seems to be in very good condition, based on the others I see being offered.
Cover:  All is intact with no rips or tears on the binding.  Staples are tight on the inside of the photos album.  The pages of the photo album is tight and secured with no ripping or wear on the binding tape that holds the album in.   On the front of the cover toward the middle there is a small 'scratch' that takes away the print.  There are a few more of these along the edges both front and back , a record number '3' in the upper right corner, an ink scribble in the lower right corner, some minor wear to the corners.  (see the photos)
Gold printing on the outside binding tape.  Comes with original RCA paper sleeve and a clear plastic outside sleeve.  The cover itself is slightly bent so it doesn't lay completely flat.  
Album:  Looks pretty good.  Spindle marks around the hole.  No scuffs.  Last picture shows the largest of a few scratches I found.  Can't imagine it would affect playability, but I have no way of checking.
