The record is in nice condition, but I am not a certified record grader (meaning it isn't my day job) so I don't feel comfortable putting an exact grading on it. I do not see any visible scuffs or scratches. All I see is some dust and finger prints.   I have NOT cleaned the album so they may (or not) be removable. I have no way to play the record to hear how it actually sounds. 

There is an outside sleeve (paper bag) that is in nice condition but there is a tiny hole, some small spots and small rips on one side (see photos). The inner sleeve looks almost new except for a tiny light "record ring".  The record cover looks nice as well because it has been in the outer sleeve these many years.

Please look at all photos and ask any questions before you buy. I try to describe everything the best I can.

Just getting rid of some old vinyl to get ready for our eventual move to warmer and less taxed climes.
