The cover is in Very Good+ condition with just some slight shelf wear along with the promo slit and the gold promo stamp (see photos).
The record is in Very Good condition with some slight scratches and scuffs that may affect playback quality.
The inner sleeve is also in Very Good condition with just a small slit on one side.
