An original and genuine 1st press of P.O.M. on UK EMI from 1983. Matrix A2/B2. Etching "Utopia". Worth insisting on the earliest pressings as they are pressed a touch heavier. The vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue cover - which is  NOT barcoded on the rear. Also included is the black card inner sleeve. We also have an original FLYER. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine. The LP will ship in a MOFI inner sleeve for maximum protection.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In super condition and shiny like new. Under close inspection I can't make out more than a couple of light marks per side. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Excellent signal purity as EMI were famed for. It plays loud. It plays clear. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. You might detect a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments per side [e.g. closing seconds of 'Revelations' & intro to Still Life]. "Still Life" still plays much cleaner than you typically find. Overall an absolute banger which any collector will find highly addictive. Recommended!
Cover (Ex) In lovely condition and there's little to find fault with. Lovely shiny clean and flat front and rear with very nice deep blacks. No signs of creasing at all really just one very slight indentation on the front. The artwork benefits from the absence of the bar code - you're getting an unfettered full spread of the artwork. The interior is in excellent condition - no issues really. Edge wear is very slight and the spine is in excellent order with all text still legible. There's a very faint crease running down it - as is almost impossible to avoid on this title. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) No splits - really good order.
Flyer (Vg+) A crease in one corner. One tiny blemish on the rear plus a couple of small numbers written.
