Album has some edge and corner wear (see first photo) but considering it was produced in the 1940s, is in remarkable condition. The back has more wear and discoloration than the front. Record sleeves have no damage - are of heavy paper stock.   Records themselves are in like new condition.  Have not been cleaned. There is a flap on the front cover, apparently to protect the tops of the records when stored.  It has worn through on both ends  but is still attached in the middle. (see last photo)
