I don't usually sell records so I am not up on how to grade them.
Overall - just looking at it I would say it is in above average condition both the record and the cardboard sleeve.
Only issue with the sleeve is a corner was bent which I took a picture of.
The record had a few scratches but looks to be in pretty good condition.
If I graded it overall on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 7.5 or 8.
