LP and cover are both in very good to excellent condition. The LP has a light marks that don't seem to effect play. Shipped with new generic heavyweight paper inner sleeve.
Note, I personally always hesitate to use the near mint grade. As there are sometimes multiple releases with differing matrix numbers, etchings, etc if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
Additional shipping info : When practical I offer free shipping, when not practical I discount it. I make every effort to ship in one business day but due to conflict between my new job (nights, weekends) and post office hours recently it has been taking a day or two.
