Vinyl:  NM-/ Strong VG, beautiful shiny gloss, side B has light wear, side A has light with a few minor hairlines and 1 slightly feel-able minor mark, looks very nice, plays well with no skips or loops.

Inner Sleeve: tan.
Insert: Heavy Metal Order Form, clean, no tears/creases.
Jacket:  NM- to NM in tight shrink, solid with no seam splits, very minimal light wear, looks awesome, minor  3/8" shrink tear on bottom seam, hype sticker and price sticker. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vinyl: VG+/Strong VG,  very nice gloss,  light wear with a couple small/minor feel-able marks on side 2, some light hairlines, plays well with no skips or loops.

Label: looks very nice,  light to moderate spindle. 
Inner Sleeve: original, looks very nice with light wear, 3" side split, 3.5" bottom split, minor creasing.
