An original 1st press of BOOGIE on UK Liberty from '68. Matrix A1/B1. The labels are correct for 1968. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original cover with pinched spine. 
Vinyl (Ex-) In great shape and has seen reasonably light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a few light marks per side - nothing heavy or troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly NEAR EXCELLENT level of playback with just slight deviation in a couple of tracks. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A cool copy for sure. I detected a few crackles momentarily in a couple of tracks [e.g. EVIL WOMAN / BOOGIE]. Nothing invasive - these tracks just won't play quite as clean as other tracks [that's all]. A couple of minor ticks midway through side 2.  Overall, a great player - but not perfectly quiet at all times. But there are some classic tracks on this LP - and the audio is highly addictive.
Cover (Ex-) In great shape and looking much better than many other vintage examples from this period. Lovely clean and shiny front cover with just a couple of thumbnail creases. The rear has avoided much of the ageing process - just a touch of handling wear at top and bottom. Please note a small signature up in top right. Edge wear is limited and the openings are nice and sharp. The spine is pretty much fully intact - with text legible...bit of ageing. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) A bit aged. Bag present. No splits.
