Here we have the first UK Edition of The Beatles / 1967-1970. The Blue Album.

I have cleaned the records on my Okki Nokki One cleaning machine. This removes all the dust and any dirt that has accumulated deep in the grooves and really improves the sound.
I have placed the record in a new anti-static, anti-scratch sleeve. Original inner sleeve is included, of course.

 Matrix: Side 1: YEX 909-2    GAT              Side 2: YEX 910-3    GU11              Side 3: YEX 911-2    GDL              Side 4: YEX 914-1    GUD
Sides 1 and 2 have some scratchy background noise for about the first minute, then play excellently for the rest of the side. Side 3 has some slight crackle at the start , but then plays excellently. Side 4 Plays excellently all the way through.

The Cover is solid all round. Good laminate, strong spine, slight scuff in bottom left corner. Some slight tarnishing inside the gatefold around the edges, but pictures are good and clear.

The inner sleeve for side 1 is excellent, although there is a small seam split repair on lower edge. The inner sleeve for side 3 is fairly good. each edge has a seam split repair with sellotape and there is sellotape along the top edge.
The labels are sound. No visible spindle marks and no writing or stickers on them.
Not a bad copy. Basically, all round, it's VG+
