Original paper insert has a 3 ½ inch split at the bottom and a 3 ¾ inch split on one side, VG.

Sleeve is still in the original protective plastic, NM.

NOTE: This is an original 1970 record from a non-smoking household. It is the first printing with Ossie on the sleeve instead of Ozzie. Matrix numbers in trail-off vinyl (dead wax) are WS-1871A-39728-1B and WS-1871B-39729-1E .
