This is one of several label variations Chess used in 1965.

Vinyl is clean & shiny- has some light hairline scratches, paper scuffs, and small light marks. .
Playback is clear with very, very light surface noise- not loud or overpowering, with occasional crackles- no skips.  

Cover is clean with no bends, tears or ring wear- very strong VG+, leaning toward NM.
