An original '93 1st press for the UK market. Matrix A1/B3. Etching 'NINA'. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover. We also have the original inner sleeve and the original lyric sheet. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. I've just whipped it outta the original shrink - so it is looking well tasty!
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) In really great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side. One does sound briefly - see detail. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. Intros an inbetweens are beautifully quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Those slow build passages play c-l-e-a-n. The only detrimental things I could make out was a couple of 1 second pulses of crackle two thirds of the way through the opening track 'Zooropa'. And a few ticks in the second half of LEMON... [no biggy]. A couple of minor ticks as 'SomeDays' rolls in and a couple more in 'Dirty Days' [hardly worth mentioning]. There's two pops in 'Crashed Car'. It sounds like a pop - and a momentary [sub 1-second] drop-out in the audio. If you can live with those issues... the sheer quality of the remainder of the LP will more than make up for it.
Cover (Ex/Ex-) In fantastic condition - most original examples will not be looking this smart. I have just removed it from the original shrink. Those surfaces are flat and smooth to the touch - it has certainly never been near the damp. Surfaces are uncreased and unworn. Hardly any edge wear - the shrink really protected it. The only vaguely detrimental thing I can make out is the tiniest amount of wear in the extreme top right on the front. The opening is sharp and firm. The spine is 100% intact - very impressive. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex+) Perfect in every way.
Lyric (Ex) No issue - very nice.
