Pre-owned in nice condition with some normal shelf wear, please review photos for best depiction of overall condition. Original Inner sleeves, booklet included as shown in listing. We don't use stock photos, the item in the photo is of the exact item you will be recieving in the mail. 
We aren't pros with grading records, so for the purpose of listing on eBay our records will be listed as GOOD condition, although most times they will be better than good. We're just trying to get rid of a HUGE Inventory of Records from an estate.  Where applicable, we will mention any significant issues we find with covers/records so please be sure to read entire description and carefully check out all photos provided.

We are a non-smoking home, however, this particular listing is for an item that is used/pre-owned and did previously come from a smoker's home. (Item was not in the general living area, but stored in the attic). So please keep this in mind if you have any allergies.
