I bought this Directly from Qrates as I was one of the 300 Donors, and it came issued unsealed in a thick Plastic Outer Sleeve. This is Exactly how it arrived to me, and I've never removed the Cover from the Sleeve or Vinyl's from its Cover as its in BRAND NEW MINT Condition!
