A cracker of a copy!! Original USA 1st press on ATCO...sweeet! This label was only around for a short period [during the release period of this title] before being re-designed....making a true 1st copy more difficult to track down [in this condition]. Etching 'Porky Prime Cut' & 'Master Room'. The vinyl comes housed in an original non-barcoded cover [which has just been whipped outta the original shrink!]..We also have the original Atlantic inner too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) Wow, a beaut of a copy for sure - you will not find better. Most of the lustre still exhibiting - and has clearly seen very light careful use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback with one miniscule deviation. Genuine original copies rarely surface in this kind of condition - it's a bit of a one off. Intros and inbetweens are perfectly quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. An absolute cracker. If you need to shake the foundations with some heavy hitting ACDC this would be the copy to snag. It will pay clean THROUGHOUT. It will play clean in those occasional quiet spots too. You can keep cranking it all the way - and it will keep delivering. I'm getting nothing untoward in the background AT ALL [apart from complaints from the neighbours!]. At worst a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side - and just one minor isolated tick. Basically it's a straightforward FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex+) Wow - if you thought the vinyl was tasty just take a squizz at the cover. Straight outta the shrink - it looks like it was printed yesterday. I have never seen this title looking this pristine. Front and rear are literally perfect... I mean that would be hard to find even with copies that came outta the shrink. It pretty much perfect in all aspects. Perfect colour retention. Four pointy corners. No surface wear. No edge wear. Sharp openings. Spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Vg+) No ageing. A couple of side splits [internally taped].
