Ship to Shores white, white w/ brown splatter and brown 3LP vinyl video game soundtrack to Angry Video Game Nerd Deluxe I & II.  Item was opened to confirm variant only.  The record inspected/pictured shows no sign of concern.  Otherwise, the item remained in the manufacturer's plastic wrap.
Like most triple gatefolds, jacket has a slight "lean".  Also note slight ring wear.
