IN 1974 Neil Bogart and his record company Casablanca was funded by WB . KISS released their debut w/o "kissin time" February 74, in July 74 WB/CASABLANCA released 2nd version with "kissin time" NLBP-9001.
WB wasn't confident
in Neil's direction CASABLANCA was
funded and became his independent label and released a third version in September 74 produced solely by CASABLANCA.
