An album that needs no introduction, but you're getting one anyway! The stranger than fiction story behind this gem of an album and its masterstroke of packaging courtesy of the great Roger Dean sometimes overshadow the actual music. Part prog, part, psych and, part something else entirely, the great production and backing vocals of 10cc are the perfect (space) vehicle for Ramases's cosmic cosmic musings and Utopian visions. Quite simply, there's nothing quite like it! This is the second pressing on Vertigo. The vinyl has some hairlines and scuffs but they are generally inaudible except for a few spots in some quiet passages. The sleeve has some wear in the folds of the panel, a minor crease in the upper left corner, and a bit of wear on the spine. Still, it is in much better shape than other copies I have seen; it is completely intact and folds out to showcase both sides of the poster in all their glory! Has generic inner sleeve, but I think it's the original. Will ship lp outside of sleeve in collector-grade poly inner and provide resealable collector outer sleeve for the sleev. A must for prog heads, collectors, and/or aficionados of 70s oddball rock!
