Cut outs are in nearly mint condition. Sleeve is in very good condition with some minimal wear. Sleeve does have some black sharpie on back top (see picture) as well as a letter written by each song on back. Insert is generic but in good condition with no tears. All the vinyl's i'm listing have been inspected and are in very good condition with no scratches and little to no marks or scuffs on the vinyl. They have not been played.
