An original 1st press from 1959 on UK Brunswick - GENUINE. Matrix 1B/1B. Tax Code "ET" = 1959. Recording 1st published on the labels. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original Mono cover with scalloped flips = 1950's. There's an original Decca inner too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) A lovely clean player - unusually so for 1959!!. A couple of lightest marks per side. Excellent lustre. Quiet intros and inbetweens. A lovely clean player - consistently. No background appearing at all really. Plays an easy EXCELLENT...with hardly any deviation. You might detect a few crackles in one isolated spot...at worst. A surprisingly clean player throughout with excellent vibrancy. Given it's '59 reproduction is ridiculously good! Cannot fault.
Cover (Vg+) Given this is genuine '59 pretty impressive. Just slightest low-level ageing becoming noticeable on the front. The rear is has avoided the worst of ageing and just a couple of blemishes. Minimal edge wear. The spine is 95% intact. For the vintage - mighty impressive.
Inner (Vg+) Minimal ageing. Bag present. No splits.
