Jacket Condition: VG- to VG, edge wear and rub wear, inner sleeve has splits on two sides

I only use NM if I know for a fact the record has only been played a few times.
I ship all LPs with the record removed from the jacket in a sturdy mailer with cardboard reinforcement.
