Sleeve is in expected condition for age, it has superficial creases to the surface in places when inspected in the light, top left hand corner has some bending. Small 1cm split to the top right hand corner. Bottom corners are bumped. 
Inner sleeve in good age expected condition.
Vinyl side B is good with no obvious scratches observed.
Vinyl side A has several scratches visible when held up to the light, two are quite long.
White marks are camera flash glare.
We haven't been able to play to obtain an accurate appraisal of sound quality.
