Led Zeppelin II 1969 First Edition LP SD8236 with the initials AT and RL
The album front cover has wear and tear on it. The album spine is faded with only the Led Zeppelin name and Atlantic 8236  remaining on it. The back has some wear and tear at the top right and all that remains of the spine is Led Zeppelin and Atlantic 8236- the rest of it is faded off. 
Side 1 label has a red symbol mark on the inside near the hole and red color marks on the "stereo" and "one" lettering. This side also has the following etched into it:  Above Atlantic is the letter A/ To the left of Stereo is the letter M/ At the "5 O Clock" position are the letters AT and RL  Number:  ST-A-691671 Side 1 vinyl has approximately 4 light scratch marks.
Side 2 of the vinyl has 1-2 light scratches on it. The label has red color marks on the "stereo" and "two" lettering. This side also has the following etched into it:  Above Atlantic is ST-A-691672/ Across from "Stereo" is the letter A / At the "6-7 O Clock" position are the initials AT, RL, and LW/ Above and to the right of SD8236 is the letter M
NOT a professional grader but I would put the vinyl at Vg+ and the album cover at a good rating. Please see photos for your own assessment.

NOTE: I cannot attest to the sound quality of this record. I have not played it. The grade I believe it to be is based on appearance only. The record was purchased at a flea market.
