If you are looking for a disc in mint condition, then you will always be disappointed. These early 'singles' were bought to be played and not stored in a time capsule.
E.M.I. did issue demonstration discs for this U.K. single but oddly enough, instead of selecting JR or 1G stampers found on previous Beatles 'demos', the green A frame labels were applied to standard commercial copies with random stamper codes. Ironically this Factory Sample copy does display a side one 1G (earliest possible) stamper.
I have recorded 'Lady Madonna' through my phone's microphone, so not studio quality but you can hear how clear the sound is, with no interference. 'The Inner Light' sounds just as perfect!
Audio quality is excellent throughout with NO background noise or even a single 'pop', on either side. The vinyl surfaces are glossy and only display the wispiest of handling lines, unavoidable on vinyl records. This copy sounds as good as you are likely to find from an original pressing.   
There are some initials on the side 2 label, as you can see in the second photo, which has reflected daylight illuminating it. Viewed face-on in normal light these initials are hard to see, as you can tell from the last photo. 
The sleeve is the correct, company issue, in great condition.

The photos are of the actual item. I always use professional, anti-static, cleaning fluid and listen to the whole disc. Professional mailers are always used.
