The Lp is in Near Mint Condition and it Looks Great and it Plays & Sounds very close to being Like New!
The Cover is in Very Good to possibly Good(+) Condition and it displays somewhat heavy ring wear and also heavy seam & corner wear to include a total split of the top seam. The bottom seam is also starting to split starting along the opening that runs about 1 Inch. Heavy wear can also be seen along the title seam.
The Rare Original Lyric Sheet Insert displays average signs of handling wear.
