Let's just say, for the sake of argument, you're the biggest LS fan going... then you need to take a close looky here. This copy is a total time traveller and pressed heavy by quality EMI plant....
An original 1st press of SS on MCA for the UK market. Matrix A2/B3. Anyone familiar with the band and this title will know it was released shortly before, and in conjunction, with a US tour. This tour was cancelled a few dates in as the band's aircraft crashed on its way into 'Baton Rouge'. The record company rushed to re-issue the cover artwork [understandably]. This is the original pre-crash 1st issue version. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original G&L cover with the original tour date run inner. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In excellent/superb condition and has only seen lightest use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slightest marks per side, one very superficial trail - nothing remotely troublesome. Beautiful lustre - look at those label shots! A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. This is one of those rare finds where a  vintage record looks like you've just walked it straight outta the shop from the 70's. If you care about this band/title...why compromise. Get yourself a cracker.... excellent clarity and near perfect balance and poise. Hear all those amazing guitar licks in perfect clarity. If the audio on this title means a lot to you...you need to hear it on a near-master copy. It is worth every darn penny.  A couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. If you really rate this LP - you would be mad not to hear it...with pristine feed from a near master copy.
Cover (Ex-) A truly difficult find in top top condition. Superb condition with precious little wear or discolouration on any of the surfaces. Minimal edge wear. The interior is superb with perhaps very faintest touch of ageing - just a hint in top sector. Sharp openings and lovely firm opening panel. Some trace marks on rear. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. Spine 80% intact...with a couple of minor stress creases. 
Inner (Ex-) One inch split at foot. Owners name on one side.
