An original 3rd press for the UK market. These are about as early as you can go without getting into mega $$$ 1st pressings....Matrix 1N/1N. Label design is consistent with 3RD Press. No 'Sold In UK' and No 'Recording 1st pub'. This is, effectively, the 1st iteration of the black and yellow design. HEAVY WEIGHT VINYL. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover by E J Day. PLEASE NOTE...the cover is actually 1st variant Gold cover with photo credit extrene right. These 1st issue covers were used to house Brown/Gold $$$ 1st copies.We also have the Emitex inner totally intact! So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In super condition particularly when you consider the vintage. A couple of ligyt marks per side that are nit problematic. A thorough testing from  beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback through out...VERY impressive for this early vintage. A couple of minor deviations thats all. A couple of ticks in one spot per side. E.g. Anna. Nothing problematic nothing undesirable. It plays bold. It plays clean - particularly when you consider the vintage. Even into the lowkey numbers. It's mono It's super deep grooved. If you want a fab PPM copy this could well be it. And if you wanted to go a fortnight earlier....you are into the mega money territory.
Cover (Vg) Well preserved but showing its age. Clean and flat front name bottom left. A bit of edge wear- but nothing that noticeable. The rear is a bit grubby in places...will clean up 10-20%...but will not go above VG. Spine 80% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) Original. A bit aged. But bag is present and no splits.
